What You Can Expect


  • 10-week summer internship designed to provide you with a realistic job preview of the experiences and day to day functions of Bankers and Branch Managers by becoming an active member of the team​

  • Exposure gained through guest speakers and industry leaders, workshop trainings, and a built-in network with peers ​

  • Priority consideration for full time opportunities throughout the Bank

Program Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree​

  • Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0​

  • Strong written and verbal communication​

  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills​

  • Strong organizational skills​

  • Work visa sponsorship not offered for this role
