We鈥檙e modernizing our mobile banking app to help customers have the best experience while keeping access simple and secure.

The first time you log in to our new experience, a secure browser window will appear. You鈥檒l need to enter your User ID and Password.

If you have an iPhone庐:

Step 1: Tap 'Continue'

Step 2: Enter your User ID and tap 'Continue' to enter your Password and log in.

Troubleshooting FAQs

Yes. In order to use the mobile banking app, you must first be an Online Banking customer.

Step 1: Make sure your device鈥檚 software is up to date
For the best 91大神 Mobile App experience, we recommend the latest versions of:

  • iOS for our Apple庐 app
  • Android OS for our AndroidTM app

Go to Settings, install any available updates, then close and reopen the app and try again.

Step 2: Reinstall or clear app data

For Android devices:听Uninstall and reinstall the 91大神 Mobile app.

  • To uninstall: Settings > Apps (or Application Manager) > 91大神 Bank App > Uninstall
  • To reinstall: Open the Google Play庐 Store > search for 91大神 Bank App > Install

For Apple devices:听Close the 91大神 Bank app, then clear its data.

  • To close the app: Double click the听home button, then swipe side-by-side through your open apps and swipe the 91大神 Bank app upward to close it.听
  • To clear data: Settings > 91大神 Bank > turn on Clear All App Data

If that does not solve the problem, please call Online and Mobile Banking Customer Service at 1-800-790-9130, Monday鈥揊riday, 8am鈥9pm ET and Saturday鈥揝unday, 9am鈥5pm ET.听

You鈥檒l need to log in with your User ID and password the first time you visit the updated experience. Then you can set up facial or fingerprint recognition after your first login.

If you have an iPhone庐:

  • Tap 鈥楳enu鈥 in the top left corner
  • Tap on 鈥楢pp Settings鈥
  • Choose 鈥楩ace ID鈥

If you have an Android庐:

  • Tap 鈥楳enu鈥 in the top left corner
  • Tap on 鈥楽ettings鈥
  • Choose 鈥楩ingerprint Login鈥

You can get help with your User ID and reset your password at .

To unlock your account, reset your password at and then login with your updated credentials.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Safari
  3. Select Advanced
  4. Enable cookies
    • If cookies are blocked or disabled, you will not be able to use the 91大神 Mobile App
  5. Close the 91大神 Mobile App and attempt to log in again
