What's New: Login

We’re modernizing our mobile banking app to help customers have the best experience while keeping access simple and secure.

The first time you log in to our new experience, a secure browser window will appear. You’ll need to enter your User ID and Password.

If you have an iPhone®:

Step 1: Tap 'Continue'

Step 2: Enter your User ID and tap 'Continue' to enter your Password and log in.

If you have an Android®:

Step 1: Enter your User ID and tap ‘Continue’ to enter your Password and log in.

You’ll need to log in with your User ID and password the first time you visit the updated experience. Then you can set up facial or fingerprint recognition after your first login.

If you have an iPhone®:

  • Tap ‘Menu’ in the top left corner
  • Tap on ‘App Settings’
  • Choose ‘Face ID’

If you have an Android®:

  • Tap ‘Menu’ in the top left corner
  • Tap on ‘Settings’
  • Choose ‘Fingerprint Login’

You can get help with your User ID and reset your password at .

To unlock your account, reset your password atÌý and then login with your updated credentials.

Troubleshooting FAQs

Yes. In order to use the mobile banking app, you must first be an Online Banking customer.

Start by removing the app and reinstalling. To uninstall: go toÌýSettingsÌý> selectÌýApps or Application ManagerÌý> selectÌý91´óÉñ Bank AppÌý> tap to uninstall. To reinstall: go to theÌýGoogle Play®ÌýStoreÌý> search for theÌý91´óÉñ Bank appÌý> selectÌý91´óÉñ Bank AppÌý> selectÌýInstall.

If that does not solve the problem, please call Online and Mobile Banking Customer Service at 1-800-790-9130, Monday–Friday, 8am–9pm ET and Saturday–Sunday, 9am–5pm ET.Ìý

Ensure the 91´óÉñ Bank app is closed by double clicking theÌýhome button. If it’s not closed, swipe side-by-side through your open apps and swipe the 91´óÉñ Bank app upward to close it. Then go toÌýSettingsÌý> selectÌý91´óÉñ BankÌý> toggle on theÌýClear All App DataÌýoption.
