91大神 Digital Services Agreement: Change-In-Terms

The following is a change-in-terms for the 91大神 Digital Services Agreement.

The Digital Services Agreement ("Agreement"), which governs your use of 91大神 Digital Services, including 91大神 Mobile and Online Banking, has been updated.

Please see the summary of changes below. Please read the entire Agreement carefully and review the updated听Digital Services Agreement听as the summary does not cover all changes in detail.

Summary of Changes:

Section B.1.a (Internal Transfers and 91大神 Loan Payments from External Accounts (Enrollment and General Information)): This section was updated to clarify that if you use the service to make a payment on an eligible 91大神 loan you authorize 91大神 to apply the specified payment amount toward the total amount due on the loan.听听

Section B.5.c (91大神 Online and Mobile Bill Pay (Limitations on Payments)): This section was updated to reinforce that we do not recommend using 91大神 Online and Mobile Bill Pay to make payments to taxing authorities, government entities or as required by a court order.

Section C.3. (Bank to Bank Transfers (Personal Accounts) (Reliance on your Instructions)): This section was updated to remove the connection between 91大神 Bank to Bank Transfers and 91大神 Money Smart.听

Section C.6. (Bank to Bank Transfers (Personal Accounts) (Verification of Identity and Account Ownership)): This section was updated to notify you that your use of Bank to Bank Transfers will be subject to third-party terms for verification of an External Account.听听

Section K. (91大神 Money Smart Service): This section sets forth the revised terms and conditions for the 91大神 Money Smart service.听听

Section M.11. (General Provisions for Digital Services (Electronic Messaging)): This section was updated to specify that if your eligible account is subject to New York state law, you affirm that each email address you provide us is not owned or provided by your employer.

Your continued use of 91大神 Digital Services confirms your agreement and the agreement of any Customer you represent as Company Administrator, Authorized User, or any other fiduciary role based on the Eligible Accounts linked to your Online Banking profile, with these changes, so no further action is required at this time. If you choose to not accept these changes, please contact us to unenroll.
