  1. Where can I sign up for the Baldini’s Casino mobile sports app?

You may sign up in person at Baldini’s Casino in Sparks, NV (865 Rock Blvd., Sparks, NV 89431).

  1. What information is needed to sign up for the mobile sports app?

You would need to bring a completed application, which you will be able to print form our website, or you can sign-up in person. You will also need to have a valid government-issued photo ID; and provide a Social Security card or complete a W9 form.

  1. What is the minimum deposit?

The Minimum deposit is fifty dollars ($50.00) to open an account. We accept cash or check.

  1. What mobile devices can I use?

Our mobile sports app supports IOS tablet and IOS 8.0 and above, as well as Android tablet and Android OSV4.4 and above.

  1. Do I need a certain cell carrier?

No, however access is required through a cellular connection. WIFI or mobile data must be enabled.

  1. How do I install the Baldini’s Casino mobile sports app?

Once you have signed up for an Account and deposited the minimum funds, the sports book team will email or text you a Baldini’s Casino mobile account number and a temporary password. You can change the password when inside the application to something more suitable. Go to the  website for download instructions for your device (www.usbookmaking.com). The iPhone version of the app will be in the App Store.

  1. Where can I place wagers from?

You may place wagers anywhere within the state of Nevada. The application will automatically disable itself if you are outside Nevada.

  1. What can I wager on?

You may wager all major sporting events offered by Baldini’s Casino including straight wagers, parlays, and future wagers. Round Robins, Teasers, and In-play wagering will be available for football season.

  1. Can I void a wager?

You cannot void a wager within the mobile sports app. Please review wager before you confirm.

  1. What are the betting limits?

Wagers start as low as $1 for parlays and teasers. Limits are set by the Baldini’s Casino management and will vary from sport to sport and frequently by game within a particular sport.

  1. How can I view my pending wagers and account history?

Once you are logged into the app, click on the bars next to HOME and select My Account. Within this area there is a wagering summary, including pending wagers, and history options.

  1. Who do I contact for assistance concerning my account?

Please visit the Baldini’s Sports book for assistance with your account during normal business hours. You may also send an email to: contact@usfsports.us, or call us at 702.968.2966 Ext 410 during normal sports book operation hours.

  1. How do I fund my account or make deposits?

You can fund your account with cash or a check. Checks may take up to three days to process before your account balance is credited.

  1. How do I make a withdrawal or close my account?

E-mail us your request at contact@usfsports.us.

  1. Can a friend or family member make a deposit to my account for me?

Yes. They must have your correct name and account number.

  1. How do I update my profile information on my account if it has recently changed?

E-mail us your request at contact@usfsports.us.

  1. What happens if I move out of Nevada?

You may use your account when visiting Nevada.

  1. Why am I not able to view the application in California, Utah or any state other than Nevada?

You must be in the state of Nevada to even view the app.

  1. What happens if I try to place a mobile wager outside of Nevada?

Actually, nothing negative will happen. The system will simply state “you are not in a legal jurisdiction to wager.”

  1. Why am I receiving a “Location Services Error” message?

Go to Settings on your mobile device and enable Location Services.

  1. Why does the application require location services to be enabled on my phone?

Location Services is required when using the app to confirm that you are physically in Nevada.

  1. Can I use the mobile sports app while connected to my computer via a USB device?

Yes

  1. Why am I getting an error about unauthorized apps?

Our sports app detects other apps that are not in compliance with Nevada gaming regulations. This means that you must close all other apps that are
currently running on your mobile phone before you will be allowed to use the sports app.

  1. What versions of the Android Operating System (OS) are supported by the mobile app?

Android OS 2.2 and above are supported.

  1. My phone is “rooted” or “unlocked.” Can I still use the mobile app?

No, you cannot use the mobile sports app if it is “rooted” or “unlocked”.

  1. What if I receive an “Error” message while attempting to install the app?

If you receive an error message during installation, please go to your phone’s Settings menu, then tap “Security” (for older phones) or “Applications” (for newer phones) and  check “Yes” to allow installation of non-Market apps from Unknown Sources.

  1. Why do I keep getting kicked back to the log in screen of the application when I have not logged out?

For privacy reasons, the application will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity.

  1. What do I do if my phone freezes in the middle of placing a wager?

First, turn your mobile device off and then back on. Then, restart the application. If the bet  was completed it will be listed in your undecided wagers. If not, you need to place your  wager once again.
