USBookmaking Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to Bookmakers Company UJS, LLC and its subsidiary, USBookmaking (referred to herein as “USB”, the operator of sports books and a mobile sports betting app, all described on the website: www.usbookmaking.com (the “Site”).

USB is incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada and is licensed and regulated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB). USB also offers real-money casino sports wagering, and mobile online interactive sports gaming services (“Services”) in states where sports betting is legal. The USB services provided to you are set forth in the Terms of Service and serve as the agreement between USB and you for your participation in USB services.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information collected by us by safeguarding it utilizing best in class software and hardware architecture, techniques, methods and procedures which allow you to enjoy the product menu available on our Site in the knowledge that your privacy is safeguarded. We will comply with all applicable legal, regulatory or administrative requirements of any governmental authorities including but not limited to the NGCB.

By using the Services, you (“User” or “you”) agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy and changes will come into effect immediately upon such change being notified on the Site. You are reminded that you can only use the Service if you are physically present in the State of Nevada in compliance with our regulatory requirements in order for you to access and use the Service, you hereby consent and permit us (or third parties acting on our behalf) to: (i) use location-based services (LBS) to detect your geographic location from your mobile device (which may include but not be limited to your IP address, Wi-Fi connection and cookies data) and (ii) undertake the collection, storage, processing, retrieval and transmission of your personal information (which will include but not be limited to your location data) and/or such other data or information that may be derived from your Device (as defined in paragraph 9 below), to enable you access and use the Service, all in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We may also use any or all of your personal information to verify your credentials from third parties including financial institutions, identification verification agencies and credit reference agencies for the purposes of us providing services to you. In addition, when you use the Service we store certain personal information, including information about your activity on the Site and information held on or derived from mobile devices that you use, as required by the NGCB, to allow us to enhance the Services that we provide to you as well as to ensure that you are not using any prohibited third party software or tools. We, our affiliates and third parties providing services on our behalf will use your personal information for various purposes such as:

to confirm financial transactions,

to provide services to you;

identification, verification and vetting purposes;

statistical analysis and research;

research and development;

marketing, market research and customer profiling;

data analysis;

to comply with licensing and regulatory requirements;

to analyze your credit risk;

to confirm your geographic location.

if required to do so by law or by regulatory authority;

as set out in paragraphs 5 and 6 below.

We may occasionally send you details or future events and news information about a range of our products, promotional links and other marketing communications regarding the Services that we off. If you no longer wish to receive such promotional notifications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions given when you receive such massages.

Your personal information may be processed by us, our affiliates, our agents and third parties providing services to us, in jurisdictions outside of the United States of America. In this event, we will comply with the terms of applicable legislation in force in relation to any such processing and/or transfers of your personal information. We will only use your name in publicity materials with your consent.

The name you register with us must be your own name. In addition, it is very important that you complete the account details with valid information since it will be used while validating financial transactions and the other purposes.   1. Deposit and withdrawal processing

When making a deposit, Users will need to provide deposit method information (example: credit card number). You are required to advise us of, and update on your Sports Wagering Account with, any relevant changes to your personal information, by emailing us at Customer Support at Contact@usfsports.us

  1. Confidentiality

USB undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of the identity, preferences and other information it has collected about individual Users and will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone other than to the User or as described in this Privacy Policy. USB and its affiliate companies have made substantial investments in its servers, database, backup, firewall and encryption technologies to protect the information collected by USB. These technologies are deployed as part of state of the art security architecture.

You should also do your part in protecting your information. Your Login Credentials are confidential, and you are obliged to keep your Login Credentials secret and confidential at all times and to use your best efforts to protect their secrecy and confidentiality.

 

 

  1. Limits of Confidentiality

Legally Required Disclosures: Due to the legal, regulatory and security environment in which we operate, USB may be required, under certain circumstances, to disclose personally identifiable information about its Users and it may not be permitted to inform you that it has done so. USB will use its reasonable efforts to limit such disclosure to the following:

where Provider believes in good faith that it is required to do so in response to a subpoena, warrant or other legal process; or

where reasonably necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce Provider’s’ rights.

Further, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose your User identification, name, date of birth, age, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, e-mail, geo-location data plus details of financial instruments used to deposit and withdraw funds to our third party agents or official government bodies as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity or activity that may expose us to legal liability.

  1. Who receives your information?

In addition to legally required disclosures as explained in this Privacy Policy, we may disclose your personal information to our employees our agents and to third party service providers who use your personal information to provide services to us in respect of your being a User with USB. All recipients of your personal information shall be bound by applicable data protection laws to keep your personal information confidential and safeguard it at no less a level than that by which we are bound.

We may combine your personal information collected from your use of the Service in accordance with this Privacy Policy with other information collected from you using other services operated by USB or any of its affiliates as well as all products which are related or ancillary thereto, including mobile and social networking sites. We will treat this combined information in accordance with, and will use it for, the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Direct Marketing

We may use your email address and phone number to provide you with news, promotions and other marketing offers from USB. We may also share your email address and phone number with our marketing partners to provide you with marketing offers. Out of respect for your right to privacy we have provided you with an easy means by which you may stop receiving marketing offers via email and telephone from us or from our partners and affiliates. You may request at any time to no longer receive such offers by sending a blank message with the word “Remove” or “Stop” in the subject area to Contact@usfsports.us If you request to discontinue receiving marketing communications about our offers, we will remove your details from our marketing distribution lists and from any future lists we may share with our marketing partners. However, you may need to unsubscribe separately from marketing offers sent by partners who have received your contact details from us prior to your request to be removed from these lists.

  1. Your rights in relation to your information

We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. You can write to us at any time to review, change, or have your details altered or corrected in accordance with your rights under applicable legislation and in this event, we may require evidence of your identity. Please note that if we close or if you request us to close your Gaming Account for any reason, your personal details will be retained for such period as may be required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations or other license and/or regulatory requirements.
